Stupid Indiana Laws

• A man over the age of 18 may be arrested for statutory rape if the passenger in his car is not wearing her socks and shoes, and is under the age of 17.

Okay. That surely is the tell tale sign that sexual intercourse is taking or has taken place. So he's okay to do whatever it is they wanted to do if she keeps her socks and shoes on? How about her shirt, pants, bra or panties? She can be nude and have her socks and shoes on and he's in the clear?

• Oral sex is illegal.

Ummmm...not to sound really crass here, but... who the hell is going to tell? Unless of course, they happen to want to turn someone in that is just really BAD at it! LOL....

• It is illegal for a man to be sexually aroused in public.

I'm just scratching my head. Aren't natural physical responses just a little hard to control? I'm dying to see an arrest on that one. What exactly would be the officer's approach?
