Whew! Finally time for the walls! I'm so impatient--painting is time consuming and doesn't mix well with the "I want it done NOW" mentality...
It really is called "taupe" and it really looks khaki. But what I'm discovering is that with all the natural light--these colors take on new shades! The khaki is interacting with the burgandy and often looks like a gold during the day. Interesting.
My Michigan Man is a wonderful help! I hate ladders... don't ask me why, but I can do roller coasters and look outs up high--but cannot stand ferris wheels and ladders!
And who can forget the mess that a week of painting can bring on?
