Cheesy Ham and Potato Soup
This was some of the best soup I've ever had...let alone made myself! My boss gave me the recipe with her ingenius substitution... To make it thicker and not "soupy" soup--she, get this, substituted cream cheese for the milk! It was amazingly rich and creamy.
