Paxton's Prayer Posse

Last year, I worked at Schoolcraft High School in the Special Education room as a paraprofessional. The teacher that I was assigned to happened to be someone I went to Saint Francis with! Amy Koomler Green....
It was wonderful to get to know her as an educator and a friend. We only crossed paths a few times in college and didn't travel in the same circles. But, Saint Francis was like Schoolcraft in that you pretty much knew everyone on campus.
This is Amy's daughter Paxton. When she was a toddler, she was diagnosed with cancer. She went through miserable treatments successfully and had been cancer free for almost 9 years. This December, they got the horrible news that she had bone cancer in the elbow that the previous cancer had been found in. This time, the cancer was caused by the radiation that she received.
This is Rod, Amy and Paxton... This is the website for Paxton. Please visit and offer any prayers that you can. The website tells her story, has photos ...and most importantly--a guestbook to sign. Paxton has a computer in the hospital (and at home) and she is able to read and have the guestbook read to her. Her Mom says that all of the communication from family, friends and NEW friends really lifts her spirits. Join her Prayer Posse!!
