Preparation H...

Has anyone else heard of this? No, not preparation H itself....but I heard that since it reduces inflammation--it is the cure for those bags under your eyes. The bags are actually pockets of fluid or blood pools from broken vessels. The preparation H pulls it to the surface and helps dehydrate. I saw the main active ingredient was an antihistamine....so of course, I'm trying it. I guess I can be the guinea pig and report back to y'all. I'm up for anything at this point and this is way more affordable than some plastic surgery!
