My Michigan Man was intent on creating a wonderful weekend...
It started with seeing Tim Burton's "Alice In Wonderland". I LOVED it!
Then, he took over the kitchen and made dinner for us! We had steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli and some chocolate covered strawberries. He created his own double boiler rather than use the microwave to melt the chocolate...
And, I guess nothing like grilling the first steak of the season...
Yeah, there is still plenty of snow on the ground in Michigan!
They were wonderful! I told him he is welcome to cook at my house anytime...
And, he made the weekend a little more special by setting aside the photophobia for a little bit! But, this wasn't all....
