Independence Day!

This was my first year to make a serious attempt at photographing fireworks. It was a beautiful night! Warm, breezy and seemingly bugfree! Here are my fireworks shots!

I took 2 little girls to see the newest American Girl movie "Kitt Kittredge" today! It was really a pretty good movie--set in the Depression Era. I found it interesting that there were 2 elderly gentlemen who came in to see the movie. They did not have any little girls with them. Perhaps they were old enough for the Depression to have touched their lives.
