Christmas was slim this year...in terms of gifts and "getting". But, thankfully, it was still rich with spirit and family. My family has grown this year to include new friends, reclaimed old friends, and Craig's family who all treat me better than my own "real" family. We're hurting, but blessed.
I like to play with lights and perceptions. And just plain pretty stuff!
One of my new favorite pictures. I claim to hate doing portraits--because I hate to "pose" people. I prefer candids and love faces. And this is one of my favorite faces to love.
Our tree. It's a tiny little thing... It's our Charlie Brown tree and are grateful for the gift. It was appropriate for this year, but we still hope to do it all differently next year. Merry Christmas!
