Gotta love Wyndham perks....we had a gift certificate for $50 that was good at several area restaurants, gift shops and other stores. We wanted to keep with the tradition of eating local to sample the fare. That $50 barely made a dent in the check that we received after this wonderful meal....but every little bit helps!
Nobody here is a HUGE fan of seafood, but we were in seafood land. Would that really be called land? I dont' know. Anyway, we wound up getting a few meals that we could split and sample. Evidently it's come up before--they had a handy little disclaimer for the fee they charge to split plates. It would have been okay if they did actually split them--but no, the fee was for the extra plate set down beside it! Anyway, this is flounder and crabcakes. Yeah, I still don't like crab.

Fish Stew. It doesn't really sound wonderful...but it was delicious!! It tasted like a spicy vegetable broth with the added fishy tasting chunks of....well, fish!
